After a good deal of market uncertainty, the who’s who of the property world have finally got something to smile about: MIPIM 2008.

Every year at around this time, over 26,000 property professionals including developers, service-providers, advisors, investors and corporate end-users descend on the unsuspecting French city of Cannes for 4 days of exhibitions, conferences and networking opportunities.

MIPIM is designed for senior-level decision makers within the real estate market who want to develop business within their domestic and international markets and, as in previous years, tta will be attending the event. This year’s delegates, who will be based in Cannes from Tuesday the 11th until Friday the 14th, are Tricia Topping, Alex Lawrie, Peter Walker and Alex Sperling.
